Previously, Spotify checked with a GPS test whether the people who had a family subscription actually lived at the same address. Officially you have to live at the same address, although this does not always happen of course. If you share the costs, you are therefore much cheaper. A standard Spotify subscription costs ten euros per month, but for a family connection that you can share with five others, you pay fifteen euros. You can use a Family account with a maximum of six people.
